Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing or using Griasfalt ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. Account Creation

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for your account's security; report suspicious activity immediately.

3. Content Rules & Community Standards

Griasfalt is a user-generated content platform. The following types of content are strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately:

• Objectionable content — sexually explicit, obscene, racist, discriminatory, violent, hateful, or otherwise offensive material.
• Abusive users — harassment, bullying, spam, fraud, manipulation, incitement, or any use of the platform for malicious purposes.
• Illegal content, copyright infringement, or material that violates third-party rights.
• Content that sexually exploits or targets minors or other vulnerable individuals.

When we identify or receive reports of such content, we remove it within 24 hours; repeated violations result in account suspension or permanent deactivation.

4. Moderation & Account Suspension

To maintain platform safety, all content is monitored and reported items are reviewed within 24 hours. Your account may be suspended or closed for the following reasons:

• Posting objectionable content or participating in challenges that contain objectionable content.
• Abusive user behaviour: harassment, bullying, spam, or systematic violation of community rules.
• Manipulation of the block/report features (mass blocking/reporting).

If your account is suspended, you have the right to appeal by contacting us.

5. User Rights & Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time using the "Delete Account" link on the profile editing page within the app. Account deletion permanently removes all personal data, challenges, messages, and statistics.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." Users are solely responsible for the content they create (user-generated content). Griasfalt does not endorse or guarantee user content.

7. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Griasfalt. Use by individuals under 13 is prohibited.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Current terms are always accessible on this page.
